Announcement
Dear Customers, FOR THE NEXT MONTH, LEED TIME ON WORK ABOUT 1 WEEK BEFORE IT GOES OUT. MY APOLOGIES, I WORK OUTSIDE-----THE WEATHER HAS GOTTEN COLDER AND WETTER THAN NORMAL---IF I CAN'T CUT OR FEEL MY FINGERS...I NEED A LITTLE MORE TIME TO GET YOUR ORDER DONE. (JUST UNTIL IT WARMS UP ONCE AGAIN)
Thanks for your understanding.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASES. I APPRECIATE YOU!
******WANT TO HEAR THE WINDCHIIMES......HIT VIDEO DOWN BELOW IN ABOUT SECTION****** :-)
It's been said that the pictures don't do my work justice, :-( yet when they are received and opened, Customers are in love with the sound and my original design concept. Taking them to my shows, has proven to me that people do like the different! Now you, too, can have a piece of art as I have created each and every item within this Etsy shop. I'm Thankful for being the Artist that I am- Being able to make something with my hands that can bring you joy one way or the other......that is my joy! In Gratitude-Lifting Up Spirits ~Namaste~

Frequently asked questions
In the event of damaged goods upon receipt.
Upon opening your gift/purchase if any of the rings are broken take pictures of the damaged rings and submit them to the email address on the business card that comes with your purchase/gift-or you can do the same here on Etsy.
Some customers are guest- and may not return to Etsy but perhaps to make purchases at a later date. In the event of this, my email address is your best contact for replacement parts with easy peasy instructions. And with no charge to you.
Pictures are required to be sure of proper replacement pieces.
How do these windchimes sound.
Heavenly!!! Okay- a bit biased, but sincerely they are very soft in sound. Glass tinkles when the wind passes thru the rings and allows them to 'bump' each other. So a light and delicate sound.
Are there rough edges on the rings?
No- all of my rings after I've cut them, go thru a kiln fire session to smooth out the edges.
